STONE HUNT Machinery has fully upgraded its new high-speed diamond wire saw, equipped with a comprehensive full-range water cooling system. The motor, spindle, take-up and pay-off mechanis, as well as the tension system all operate under constant temperature via water cooling. This upgrade thoroughly resolves common issues in high-speed cutting including excessive heat generation, unstable tension and frequent wire breakage. The equipment is capable of stable non-stop operation for 24 hours, with greatly enhanced overall stability and service life.

The machine comes standard with an ultra-high wire speed of 2300 meters per minute. It delivers faster cutting speed, flatter finished surfaces and superior machining precision. It supports high-efficiency thin slab cutting for marble, granite, luxury stone and other stone materials, effectively boosting overall production capacity for factories.
Weighing 58 tons, this heavy-duty unit requires no concrete foundation and can be put into production right after installation. Its low vibration fundamentally reduces chipping and dimensional deviations, helping clients cut costs on infrastructure and daily operation.


Fitted with an independent self-heat-exchange precision temperature control system, the equipment maintains intelligent constant temperature with lower energy consumption. Field tests show a single unit can save 80,000 to 90,000 kWh of electricity annually, delivering remarkable energy-saving performance.
